Default 95 Blazer: Fuel pump very noisy when outside temps get above 40

So I bought another 95 blazer about a year ago, and I'm thinking the fuel pump might be going. It gets very noisy when the temperature gets above 40 degrees even if the fuel tank is full. It has no hesatation and does not stall, it seems to be running very well except for the fuel pump making a lot of noise...

Things checked/Changed:
Fuel Pressure: Good
Fuel Filter: Replaced about 24 hours ago.
After it was running for about 20 minutes, I decided to check the fuel relay and when I touched it, it was very hot, could that be an issue? I swapped the two relays but it seemed to not make a difference.

I was going to pull the fuel pump the other day and check that, but, it seems that it has been changed before, and who ever did it, stripped the fuel lines that go to the pump very bad. Even with locking pliers I can't get them to loosen. Sprayed the threads with PB Blaster for three days straight and still cannot get them to break loose, any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Almost sounds like something may be hanging up in the pump making it work harder. That would cause higher amperage and the warm relay

That's kinda what I was thinking, the pump doesn't start making noise until about 20-30 minutes of driving or idling...... and the temperature has to be 40 degrees and above.
