my buddy has drug me in to helping his 95 S10 Blazer running
it has spark
you can hear the fuel pump run for 5 seconds then cut's off
removed the fuel filter and it flows fuel untill the key is shut off
could it be the fule pressure regulator
we removed the air intake tube and sparyed fuel in the air intake when cranking the 4.3L and still no start
Crank sensor bad ? fuel pressure regulator bad ?
were do we start???????
oh yea I pluged my OBD2 and it gives me a link error so the DTC codes can't be pulled
the hane's and chilton books are not worth a F*%k tell me nothing
I am going to replace the phone book in the out house with them lol
it is his 2 car and he is going crazy driving his ole lady to work and picking her up!
te gave me the class 3 hitch off the back for helping him get it running
the class 3 hitch bolted right up to my 99 Blazer
any of you fuel injection junkies have any ideas

Does it have "GOOD SPARK"?

When I bought my blazer it wouldn't start and I was baffled. Spark tester definitely sparked, but it wasn't a super-intense blue spark, just kind of a static electricity discharge blue spark. There was too much resistance in the corroded cap&rotor contacts between the coil and spark plug, so it wasn't enough spark to ignite the fuel.

Otherwise, clean or replace the air filter. If that fails, you need to get a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what's up.

You're sure the plugs are gapped correctly and not corroded/dirty?
