Hi there and thanks for looking...
My mom and I both have s-10 Blazers. Mines a 95 and hers is a 96...
She is having a problem no one can figure out even the garages... When you go to start it first time in the morning or any first time for the day it will not start. It just cranks... You can hear the fuel pump turn on and its getting spark... Now if you put a little gas in the intake it will start right up and it will start every time after that for the rest of the day untill the next day. Then the same thing..
We have replaced the fuel pump, checked the fuel pump relays in the glovebox and all was ok..
If anyone has any ideas or has the same problem please let us know...

hmmm..it sounds liek there may be a computer issue....if it runs fine once it is actually running, i woudl think there is some sensor that is not allowing enough fuel to get through to fire...

Hello and thanks for the post...
We have and the garage have replaced a few of the sensors and fuel pump all ready. Matter of fact it seems like it all started when the first fuel pump was put in.... A week later the garage put in a second new one. Hmmmm I'm wondering if it could be the fuel pump.... AGAIN! lol.... It never ends.....

my worry is that it could be something internal with the ECU, which is not detecting fuel, so it wont allow the engine to fire...no check engine light or anything when it does run??

Hello...
There is no service engine light... Once running you wouldn't know theres a problem at all. Is there a way to test the ECU? Her truck and mine are different computers so we can't swap them for testing.
