I inherited a job someone had walked away from. 96 Blazer 2-dr, they had started on heater core, but quit with the dash assembly laying on the roof, various panels, cpu, radio, heat controls in back seat, and a big baggie of mixed fasteners.
I have put it back together, but the dash lights come on as soon as battery is hooked up ( with tone like you would get from leaving lights on) No other lights are on, and I even pulled the light switch, and brightness wheel, with no difference.
Everything shows to work except for this. There are two connectors by the area, one red, and one green with no matching plugs. I assumed these might be for optional equipment. Please tell me what I am missing, be it parts or sense.
