Default 96 blazer starter

after i put my truck back together it turned over with no problems or no noises but after a couple times of turning it over it started making a grinding sound like witha bad flywheel, i know the fly wheel is good and it was put in correct way, woundering if i missed something when puting the starter in like a spacing or something of that sort.. any help thanks

Go recheck your starter bolts for tightness, i suspect a shim may be required.
