Default 96 blazer trouble codes

got trouble codes p0102 and p0306 one of them is a #6 cylinder misfire and other is a maf.. just need to know what needs to be done to correct them.. maf you can unplug and does nothen to motor keeps running..

P0306 - Inspect or replace distributor cap & rotor, spark plug and/ or wire. You'll have to determine which is causing the misfire.

i have new spark plugs, cap, rotor and still have the same problems.. it's like the moter is kinda looping alittle.. i get a bit of a suck in back at the muffler? which i know not right.. but i get alot of heat out of the muffler.. if i rev truck any where above 2000 rpm it starts to spit and at 3k rpm starts to spit really badly?? also the maf is still not working right i bought a new one,tested getting 12V on pink, 5 on yellow and ground it connected what can i look for on that any help would be great
