Default 96 electric window rollers

My 96 4 dr blazer has been popping rollers lately. We replaced the 2 rollers on the chanel at the bottom of the glass with out removing the motor. This was quite a chore as none of the dealers in colorado could tell us how to secure the rollers to the motor arms.... we finally drilled small holes and used cotter pins.
This lasted about a year and not only did both of the rollers on the glass side break, the roller that is on the ""inside" of the door sprung and came out of the track!
Is there an "official" method for replacing these rollers?
I am guessing that we need to drill out the motor rivets this time, but how is one to secure those rollers??
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
