I have a blazer that wont start it fires and will idle for about 10 seconds and then dies. then it will do the same thing for about 4 to 5 tries and then nothin. I have changed all relays, plugs wires, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, crank shaft sensor, fuel pump runs fine not sure where to go from here.....most of the info i have gathered from here is that it may be the fuel pump.....any other ideas would be Great.....
Thanks

The dying after 10 seconds is typical of a passlock shutdown on the '98+ trucks. I'm not sure if the '96-'97 have the same type of system, but this type of problem is typically caused by ignition system problems on the newer models.
But I would start with a fuel pressure test. Just saying that the 'pump runs fine' is no indication of whether it actually is putting out the proper pressure or not. The engine requires >55psi to run properly. If the pressure is dropping after the engine is started and dips below 55psi, then it could indicate a restricted fuel supply line or a weak pump.
