Default 97 blazer valve issue

could it be possible if the valve or valves could be stuck open with sediment and if they were what would it cause? vibration at take off? maybe slight misfire? loss of power?

Check the basics first... Is the Service Engine Soon light on? If so, what are the DTC's in memory? Have you checked fuel pressure and leakdown? How long since it was tuned, (fuel filter, air filter, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs & plug wires)?

Aside from the questions above (which I too would want answered before jumping to conclusions)...

What valve are you speaking of?

Lets start out with what exactly is going on with your truck and what diagnostic steps you have gone through already...

the truck shakes on acceleration, i bought it for 650 bucks the way it is, i sunk about 200 into it with a tune up and few other things, still having the same problem but its not as bad and it runs a bit better, not as loud of misfires and not as many. when the truck is cold it does it alot, but when its warm barely noticable. i replace the spider injector, wires, plugs, cap. dist + rotor, air filter. there is a hole in the exhaust around under the passenger seat, the more gas i give it the worse it shakes, during idle and cruise it doesnt shake. would pluged catt conv or hole in muffler cause this? or intake valves? its very stressing lol...

Double check the plug wires, common and easy mistake to transpose 1 & 3.

A compression and leak down test would rule out valve & ring problems.

Most exhaust shops have a back pressure probe they can install in the O2 sensor port to see if the catalytic converter is clogged.
