Default 98’ PosiLok issues

98 Chevy Blazer LS 4 Dr. I installed the original PosiLok PSL500 on the Blazer today to circumvent the multiple problems with vac hoses and actuator. Install was pretty straightforward besides cutting a hole through the firewall. Well, upon testing the new cable lock system, I have 4 WD lo but not hi. I also don’t have a light on the dash (3 button 4WD switch) for 4WD hi. Anybody have experience with the PosiLok PSL500 that could shed some light?

Actuator on transfer case not going into 4Hi is the logical assumption.
