I too have the intermittent IC. The shift indicator and odometer are out. Last year at inspection time, I removed it and found if it was flexed a certain way everything worked. I went over it looking for cold joints and didn't see anything. I touched up a few just on a whim, it worked for just long enough to pass inspection.

Of course it is out again with inspection due. If I replace it, does the mileage live in the main computer?
