Default 98 Blazer LS stock cd radio question "LOC"

So i took my stock radio out and have had an aftermarket stereo in my blazer and just recently decided i would sell my truck put my radio back in and it says LOC, I cannot remember ever putting a code in my radio but i need help with unlocking it. Thanks!

Recently went thru what you are going thru. Found out you can take it to the dealer and have them program it, about $150.00 or U can look on you tube and there are several videos on how to remove a chip on the board and it will play but it doesn't remember station settings. You have to set it each time you turn it on.
