99 Blazer clicking noises - Bad U-Joints?

You guys rock, definitely the hub on the left front.
Last question, is replacing the single hub OK or should I do the pair and change the right side as well?

Not necessary to replace in pairs. Eventually the other side will need replacement too, but if only one side is bad, replace that side only... unless money isn't an issue and you want to be proactive

Default U-Joints- No

U joints would be more noticible when you notice a wobble with hard acceleration.
