I've found the actuator for the heater door (RHD model), and I've tried to manually close it until I can get a new switch- put a hex key in the slot to try to turn it and it doesn't seem like there's anything in there. Should the top of the door come up through the actuator, and do they ever break? It's hot air only from the vents but cold all the way to the airbox.
