Default 99 Blazer heating help

I have a 99 Blazer that needed lots of heater work. My mechanic said that it needed a new heater core and that one of the heater doors was stuck shut so no heat would come into the cab. I replaced the heater core but am now not sure how I can get the heat into the cabin. I removed the blend door actuator and there is a broken gear. Also there is another door that I am not sure how it is supposed to be set. I don't have time right now to get new parts and was wondering how I can arrange these doors so that I will have heat all winter.

If somebody could let me know which positions I can fix these doors in order to have heat in the cab that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
