Default 99 Blazer Hub Bolt Issue

Okay I need to replace the Hub Assembly on my 99 Blazer 4X4. I can not get the Hub Nut/CV Axle Nut whatever you choose to call it off. On the passenger side I broke several tools even a 2foot 1/2in breaker bar broke right where socket attaches. The breaker bar was extended from the wheel towards the back of the blazer and I stood on it gently bouncing and it wouldn't budge then it snapped finaly. Are these reverse thread or something? What am I missing here? They are not rusted or anything.

i just did my driver side one, its not a reversed thread... i had to put a breaker bar on it and then a pipe around the breaker bar for more leverage... I also used a ton of pb plaster and also used a torch to heat it up. Took probably 10-30 minutes to get the damnn thing off lol.

I've only ever used my 1/2" air gun on all of the hubs I've replaced (quite a few ). Never had a problem getting them off. I've had problems getting the CV stub shaft out of the hub though.

Hopefully this doesnt happen to me... Currently my blazer's driver side is starting to sound like a helicopter from a worn hub.....

What brand do you guys recommend....
