When is the last time it had a tune up? And has the MAF sensor ever been cleaned?

Did you use all ACDelco brand parts for the tune-up? Blazers are very picky when it comes to tune-ups.

You can try unplugging the MAF sensor to see if it helps. If it does then it needs cleaned. If you don't see a change then I would do a fuel pressure and leakdown test.

Is the check engine light on? It wouldn't hurt to go over all your connections dist, plugs, wires, maf, fuel and more and check your spider fuel injectors for anything out of whack. Why it stalls when you turn is a puzzle I'm trying to figure out what is the difference when turning than going straight the only thing I can think of is the power steering and belt how is your serpentine belt?. Did you only wash the engine bay? did you do anything else to the car?

I would have used OEM AC Delco but clean your MAF sensor with MAF cleaner.

+1, get some CRC MAF sensor cleaner and spray the wires after removing it from the air intake. Do not touch the wires!
