Default '99 Blazer stuck in 4wd

'99 Blazer with electronic 4wd switches on dash stuck in 4wd after switching it in one day.
I've replaced the actuator and it still is stuck. I am getting a selenoid clicking sound under the glove box. What is making that?
What can I try next?
Thanx.

There is an electronic actuator on the transfer case close to the front driveline output shaft, it has wires hooked to it. This controls 4HI to 4LO operation.

There is also a vacuum switch on the transfer case with three vacuum lines coming out the top this also has control of 2HI - 4HI engaging... if it is leaking or the seal is broken then it will suck up transfer case fluid. There is a newer designed switch available from the dealer, under $20??

im having this same problem, when i push the 2HI button it will click as if it is trying to go back into 2 wheel drive, but it ends up staying in 4HI. i have been able to get it to come out of 4 wheel by going up my driveway (a steap incline) moderatly fast and jolting the truck arround while pushing the 2HI button and it switches back in...
