Default 99 Chevy Blazer A/C HELP!!!!!!

Ok,

When i first got my 99 back in 2004 i had A/C for about 4 months and it quit on me... not having the money at the time i decided to go with out it for a while. A few years later i found out that my Shrader (i think thats how you spell it) Valve was bad so i replaced it with a new one and had a good friend of mine vaccum it down and recharge it. Although Ice cold it only Lasted about a day Come to find out it was my liquid line. Again fearing high prices i decided to say screw it and went another 4 years w/o A/C.... Now im 26, still broke and finally going back to school and i can't take it anymore. So i bought one of those recharge kits they sell at Advanced with the stop leak and UV dye and shot it in... Again, A/C worked great for about 2 weeks untill i noticed some UV dye coming out of my Liquid line near the service port. So i picked up a used one from a junk yard (it was off an 02 blazer with no front end damage) replaced the seals and bought a new service valve which to my suprise was $16 bucks from a local dealership.... I bought new coolant, Oil, more UV dye in case i missed something and rented a vacuum pump and charged the bastard up.
Now im reading 35 PSI on my low side, and 80 PSI on my high? Does this make sense to anyone? shouldn't my high be around 100-300? my compressor is fine (hell it only ran for a bout 5 months in 6 years) i enspected the "new" liquid line replaced ALL of my seals... i just don't get it. IF anyone can help me out that would be awesome, I live in FL and these 100 degree summers are getting to hot for me to handle anymore and i dread having to drive it around without it..... OH! and on a side note, the A/C isn't AS cold as it was when i did it with the recharge kit which makes no sense to me either... what's goin on here!
