Hi all. My sister owns a 99 gmc Jimmy envoy edition. Its ran all summer long just fine. She left it set for about 4 or 5 days and it got cold out. Returned and it no longer starts. Here's what I've done so far, fuel system tested a little over 60lbs, replaced all 6 spark plugs, the old ones when I pulled them out were wet, and smelled of gas. The were black.and suity, had maybe 15 or 20kmiles on them since I last replaced them. Replaced the coil. Tested for spark at the coil wire, test for spark on the individual wires, all tested good. Sprayed starting fluid in the air intake when cranking, nothing. Occasionally when I first crank it over it will hit once or twice like it wants to start but continues to crank like there's no fuel or spark. No check engine codes, battery is maybe 2 weeks old. I'm kinda out of ideas lol

How would I check that? I was thinking last night, the plugs were pretty wet. Could that be a sign the spider is going out or the regulator? She said when it got cold it would have to warm up like 4 or 5 minutes before she could drive it. Like a carburated vehicle. That if she didn't it would chug and have no power. After it warmed up it ran perfectly fine.

If adding fuel didn't help, and the plugs are fuel fouled, it's probably an ignition problem. Did you use AC Delco 41-993 plugs? A bad distributor cap and rotor could cause a no-start and wet plugs
Again, AC Delco only, don't waste your time and money on aftermarket stuff.
