Default 99 Jimmy brakes locking up

Hi. I am new here, but I really need some help. Please forgive me if I don't use the correct terminology as I have limited experience in this. I've had an ongoing problem for a number of months now without remedy.

All four wheels brakes lock up while moving. It starts out ok, but when I apply the brakes initially and release, all four start locking up. It seems all four calipers start grabbing without release til the car comes to a stop. This happens without pressing the brake pedal after the first press and release. It is also accompanied with a roaring that sounds to come from front driver. Once I park it, smoke is rolling from all four and the rotors are almost glowing.

I've replaced the brake booster, master cylinder and reservoir, abs module(but that looks to be a junk yard part?), and front driver caliper and brake line. After that, the mechanic power bled the system. I was then told it was fixed, but it in fact was NOT fixed. It continues to do the same thing. I can crack the lines at the block and release pressure to be able to move again briefly as long as I don't have to apply the brakes. Yesterday I removed the abs fuse as I read it disables the abs, but the problem still continued. Im ready to give up, but I need this vehicle badly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is a shot in the dark, but are the caliper guide rods seized or very corroded? I had my rear caliper guide rods seize on me when they were exposed to salt water when I was retrieving a boat.

if the guide pins don’t have brake grease on them they will stick causing the caliper to grab like that

If breaking the hydraulic line releases the brake at the wheel then the problem is not at the caliper.

Assuming that the master cylinder and ABS module replacements were done correctly then:

If not that then look at the brake pedal linkage
