My rear window has been squeaking really bad the last couple of weeks and i've been searching for an answer but haven't got an exact answer. So, It looks like the "Striker" on the window is hitting and rubbing against part of the latch because the latch has shifted? Being a ZR2 it has a rough ride so only makes the squeaking worse. I've read that to fix this you have to remove the panel on the tailgate and re-set the latch into the spot it should be and that will stop the squeaking? Does this sound correct?
