Default ABS coming on !

Hi yall, ive replaced a speed sensor and the whole hub with new sensor on the other side, and my brakes are still doing that, push you off the pedal thing when almost stopped, has anyone had this happen and what can i do ? Thanks !!!

ABS activation below ~5 mph: If the ABS light does not come on, this is a very common problem. This TSB, (technical service bulletin) does not specifically mention your vehicle, but it does apply to it: http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/GM...s_bulletin.pdf

thanks, but ive been thru all that already. i think im gone to try a new hub on the other side also, i hear many people have clearance problems with just sticking a new sensor down in there, hope it does the trick. id appreciate any other ideas !!

was there any sign of rust when you replaced just the sensor ?

If you remove the ABS relay it with shut down your ABS and put the ABS light on all the time but stop the butt puckering stops

Make sure you torque the hub assemblies

If you've gone through the TSB and had satisfactory results, the problem is not the hub or the sensor.
