ABS dash light went off when highway driving in the rain

Common problem with the ABS on our Blazers is cold solder joints. Easy fix once you get the cover off; has a water resistance seal, requires cutting through it. Just takes some time and patience. Then a couple of minutes with a soldering iron to reflow solder joints, reseal cover with RTV....back on the road again.
