ABS issues

ABS issues
Hi guys.
I have a 2001 that has been standing in a yard for a couple of years before I got it, now there is some issues with the ABS system, the ABS motor is continiously running and I had to pull the fuse, it even runs when the ignition is off.
I suspect the ABS control unit or the sensor under the car but I am not sure how to check this.
Any suggestions?
