Was hauling some *** on a dirt road and hit 3 consecutive drain ditches or speed bumps... dont know but the blazer definitely needs alignment now. ABS light came on soon after.
Had some ABS crunching before with a poor brake bleed, but never an ABS light. Bled the brakes after installing new front calipers, and after 2,500km (Vancouver BC to Anzo Borrego, CA) with no issues, hit these ditches/bumps and now I have the ABS light. Its on when I start the vehicle, will cycle off/on in the first minute and then stay on. If i brake while its cycling, it will fully engage the ABS and give me terrible braking which almost caused a wreck. The 2,500km back to Canada were no issue aside from some slight pulling w and w/out braking. Am having it aligned Tuesday.
Do these symptoms indicate anything? My scanner didnt pick up anything useful.

 

Did you check the condition of the wires that go to the ABS sensors on the front hubs?

 

If the light came on due to the impact of a ditch or obstacle I'd check the wiring from the hub and the hub itself. That's the most likely starting point.
