Default Abs problems

sometimes my abs light will come on and everything will work fine...other times the abs will kick in when slowing down and make it hard to stop..other times the light will be off and everything works like it should..

Im getting codes c0221 c0281 c0222 c0235 c0226 and c0223..

what could be the issue?

thanks

Default

I would start by checking for the proper mV-AC response from both the right & left sensors (>250mV-AC while rotating the wheel) at both the sensor connector and at the EBCM connector.

C0221 - Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Open
C0222 - Right Front Wheel Speed Signal Missing
C0223 - Right Front Wheel Speed Signal Erratic
C0226 - Left Front Wheel Speed Signal Missing
C0235 - Rear Wheel Speed Signal Circuit Open
C0281 - Stop Lamp Switch Circuit
