AC Orifice tube location for 2000 Blazer
Having serached the forums and only found a thread to the location for a 98 Blazer, and the referenced picture doesn't seem to look like my 2000 Blazer. Can anyone provide guidance?
Thanks,
Al

They are usually located at/in the evaporator inlet line (the line from your condenser to the evap).

1998MSO - Thanks for the help. I did eventially find the orifice tube. In the 2K, as you indicated it is in the evap line at the firewall. I had a problem finding it until I blew out the evap coil with the compressed air, and out it popped.
It was a PIA reinstalling the new one until I figured out the trick. The large lugs need to be verticle and the tube needs to be wiggled up and down while applying inward pressure until it pops in.
Thanks,
Al
