Airflow control is not working
I have the same problem. Can we message and you tell me how you replaced the lines? I am new to my Blazer and pretty uninformed.
1996 blazer. HVAC was stuck on defroster mode. All actuators were connected. I located the main vacuum line coming in behind the dashboard was disconnected where it transitions from the black line to the gray line that goes to the control ****. I cut a square a hole out of the left side of the glove box to get a better look inside. I could not determine where the gray line connected it had a right angle connector on the end of it. I made a smoke machine from a video I watched on YouTube and I was able to find The line that came from the firewall going across the inside of the passenger compartment deep inside the dashboard. It was in a bundle of wires pretty much straight in and towards the top of where I could see through the hole in a glove box.. The Smoke machine helped me locate the The disconnected small diameter vacuum line that came from the engine compartment. I hope this helps somebody. The homemade Smoke maker was a very cheap tool to make and it worked very well at locating where the vacuum leak was.

Right in the same area the vac hose that goes to the firewall there is a three way splitter on the lines, there is usually one really short piece of tube that wears out really quick, check it for any cracks. Basically if you touch the line and it instantly turns your hand completely black, it's time to replace the lines.
If this isn't your problem, then you might have to pull the dash and check for vaccuum at the controls.

That's the line that goes to the nipple inside the fender to the rear of the abs module. Slide your hand along the driver's side edge of the engine compartment, you'll find it.
Here's a link to my (similar) issue. I have a 2002, so the info might not help. https://blazerforum.com/forum/2nd-ge...d-hose-102386/
