Default Airlocked brakes?

2005 Blazer, 4x4
Replaced brake line from abs pump to passenger front.
Unable to bleed lines using usual methods. Very slow trickle of fluid Is best I can get. No puff of air ever heard.
Tried bleeding abs the redneck way by skidding on gravel. No brakes at all to skid with.
Get obd tool with auto bleed. Can hear it cycle. No change in master res fluid level, still can't get fluid or air puffs from caliper bleeders.
Disconnected all lines. Pumping brakes does squirt fluid from master cylinder, but it doesn't go anywhere when connected. Hours of trying to bleed manually and electronically has not dropped master res a mm.
What is a fella to do next?

Here's the instructions from my 1999 Service manual for using the ABS bleed procedure. Perhaps you'll see something here to try.
