I have this same problem, but I don't think it's related: mine's caused by the fact that when my truck was body-lifted they didn't put in a new exhaust hanger, and the side exhaust knocks on the RR leaf spring. only does it going around left hand corners.

 

Have you checked the exhaust system?? A noise could telegraph from the back to the front or vice versa.
