I had to replace my blower motor a few months ago. Since I did, I get virtually no air flow through my vents. I can hear the motor on, but even with the fan on high, there is barely anything coming out. When I turn on recirculate, it blows a tiny amount more. Same thing with air on or off.

 

did you check to see if it's coming out defrost.. or feel an unusual amount of air anywhere from around the motor housing.


possible you have leaves or something blocking the air intake?

 

I had the same problem with my grand prix and it was a rat made his nest with the cabin filter s10 blazers only had them from 83 to 94 so its probably a air intake screen is pluged with leaves or something

 

Some blower motors spin the opposite direction, if the motor is wrong or defective it may be spinning the wrong way and the blower cage will blow very little air. Or the new blower assy came with the wrong blower cage.
