okay this has probably been answered before but i cant seem to find it any how heres my question
so i found out my alternator is bad, im going to be replacing it
so:
1. what is the torque specs for the bolts
2. it would be the same as replacing on pretty much all 2nd gen blazer/s10s right?
3. how do i remove the belt
and it should be pretty easy right?
well, i replaced my belt, and i found out its pretty easy, so replacing the alt should be just as easy
but i do need the torque on those bolts

1. I don't have access to any of my references at the moment so I can't tell you what the exact torque specs are. I have never used a torque wrench on any alternator before. Just apply the German principle of 'gewdentite'.
2. Yep
3. Put a 3/8" ratchet into the tensioner to relieve tension on the belt and remove it from any one of the pulleys/idlers on the front of the motor.
Yes, it should be easy.
