Annoying Squeak

When I bought my blazer it had a slight squeak up front. I looked and the belt tensioner was moving some so I figured that was it.
I replaced the belt and the belt tensioner and it still squeaked some, but has slowly gotten worse. So I decided to replace the Idler pulley since it looked pretty old. Well the squeak is still there and is pretty loud when it's first started and gets quieter after it warms up some.
I took a look again the other day and noticed that the new belt tensioner was moving quite a bit. Did I by chance just get a bad belt tensioner or do you think something else is going on?

If i were you, I would take the belt off, and individually spin each pulley to listen to all of them individually. If one rattles or stops spinning really fast, it probably has bad bearings and needs to be replaced before the bearings sieze. Take off the belt and do this test. Reply back with any findings and we can go from there.

I did this test and everything seemed find. I finally noticed that it is the tensioner but it's not squeaking at the pulley. It is squeaking where it bolts up to the engine and pivots. It is moving a lot and that is where it's making the noise. I sprayed some lubricant on it and it helped for a few minutes then started back up. I guess I'll take it back and have them replace it.

I bought a gates belt tensioner. However, after inspecting it I think they gave me cheapo in a gates box...I'm not too happy about it.
