I can get these wheels really cheap and wonder if they will fit my ZR2?

I really like a bit of a "lip" on the wheels so zero offset or even negative offset looks good i think but this might be to much

You can see from the pictures that these wheels will stick far more out under the flares

The picture to the left and the one in the middle is of the wheels i can get cheap and on the picture to the right is the same type of rim with 32 x 11.50 - 15 BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain TA offroad tires.
I will use the original size tire 31x10,5-15

You can also see on the picture in the middle that it says -27 so i guess that is ET is -27 and that might be way odff of what i can use on the car?

Do you think this will work or will it rub?

Well, you have a point there. I can say that it does not say 5x4.75 lug pattern on the wheels but it says 5x4 3/4 which is the same if i am not way off here

If i can use these wheels i suppose i might have to bore out the center hole on the rims to 70mm?

I can not say that these wheels are AR Outlaw II since most AR Outlaw II wheels have "series 62" casted on them but the wheels i can get have "series 67" casted on them

Remember that the ZR2 have almost 4 inches more ground clearance

 

The lug pattern is correct for your truck. The thing that would worry me is that much negative offset. If I'm reading the offset chart correctly, -27mm is going to end up pushing the rim 3" out from where the factory rim sits on each side. It seems to me that they would be sticking WAY out from your fenders, and I suspect you'd end up rubbing badly on the fenders when turning, along with putting a lot more stress on your wheel bearings and steering components. I believe that the factory S-series rim offset on 4x4s is +51mm (6" backspace).

 

I can not say for sure that the ET is -27 but it is most likely since one picture shows the number -27

If that is the case they will stick a lot more than the original backspacing which i think is 6" and if the rims have a since ET -27 that is 3" backspacing so the tire will stick out 3 inches more and that i think is to much

The only thing the seller of the wheels new about them is that they where tried used on a Corvette C3 but the rims rubbed the brake calipers so they could not be used on that car

Below is another picture of one of the rims that sho it from the side so you can see how much this 7" wide rim builds outwards, but looking at the "lip" on the rim in the picture it does not look to me like the rim builds 3 inches outwards

Perhaps i better look for some rims with 4" backspaing if that will work?

You have to take in account the wheel face thickness, which is say an inch to deduct from your lip depth. Offset and backspacing is from backside of the wheel face not the front.

 

I asked the seller of the Outlaw II rims about the backspaing but he did not know anything much about backspace, ET pffset or whatever so all he could do was to take pictures of the wheels and email them to me.
The only thing the seller of the wheels told me is that these wheels was tried used on a mlate 1970`s Corvette)and that the wheels rubbed the brake calipers on the Corvette (No way i would have wheels like these on my Corvette C2 coupe)

I have no idea if the wheels will rubb the brake calipers on the Blazer but these wheels are so cheap that i can try them on and if they do not fit i can at least sell them for what i paid for them

 

Here are some issues I see with this. The bolt pattern is correct and they will fit. However, they will stick out about 3 inches which will cause rubbing when turning and but extra stress on you front ball joints. Also, you mentioned boring out the center hole, that doesn't sound like a safe idea to me. I will say that I have always liked the look of the outlaw II wheels.
