I put a similar cover in an 82 Monte Carlo that I use to have. Looked okay at a glance, but sitting behind the wheel in the car it just didn't look right...

This would cover up a warped and cracking dash, but it doesn't look like it would do anything for the most common dash issue on these, the speedometer bezel...
