Service light is on and the heater isnt working.
Going to take it to the autozone tomorrow to check the code.
Im guessing heater core or thermostat.
Hope its not going to be expensive, iv already put like 1500 into it in the last 6 months.

Or even better - a fuse!

A fuse would be nice. It runs perfect otherwise tho so im thinking it cant be anything to bad lol... knocks on wood...
#5
possibly an sensor or evap

Thermostat would be nice too & I'm not sure how a fubar heater core could throw a CEL. Maybe the CEL isn't related? Could be an O2, MAF, Bank 1 or 2 etc... sensor for all we know.
Heater isn't working as in no heat or no fan? No heat could be a thermostat, vacuum line, heater core etc. A vacuum line rupture might cause a CEL.
No fan sounds like electrical or the fan itself but that sholuldn't toss a CEL.

Well, the light went off for the 3rd time lol..
If the light goes off can the code still be identified?

yes the code might be still pending

Light off might mean it got to operating temp. or read it right. So...
The PCM may retain the code & previous codes.
