I dont think the whole dash needs to be removed

Just the passenger side kick panels under the glove box

Without reading the last link John posted - what was the issue, a blend door malfunction? That's what it sounds like & that can be from a vacuum issue to a switch, fuse etc.

To tell you the truth bro, its been so cold and windy and i work constantly so i was just going to deal with it until spring time.

Besides checking all the easy stuff i havent dived to deep into the issue.

But im sure it will happen again and i will sort it out and report back when i get time to get into it.

i am thinking its going to be the bend door tho.
