Question Auto AC vs Manual AC for Heater Core replacement

I have been reading up on the heater core replacement procedures and have since printed an crap-ton of info regarding the replacement.

I am unsure of one thing though, what are the procedural differences in replacing a heater core with an auto climate control system installed in the 2000 Blazer LT's. I understand it is a bit more involved but have no specifics.

I want to be as prepared as possible so I can finish it in one day.

Thanks in advance guys.

It is not really all that different than the manual HVAC. There is just another module on the inside that controls the vacuum delivery to the various actuators. Nothing really all that much different overall though.
