Default Automatic car wash caused some problems (Solved)

I own a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer 4X4 with a 4.3 automatic transmission. Well, I went to a automatic car wash and I was supposed to keep it in neutral in there but I put it in park for a few seconds and the truck started shaking and even the gauges were moving so I put it back in drive and everything seemed fine. When it was over, I could hear to be what sounds like a grinding noise at low speeds and it only really happens when I give it a little gas at low rpm and speed. I thought it was one of the tires or something rubbing up against something but I can't seem to figure it out. The noise isn't as bad as it once was but it's still there. HELP

As someone that has never used an automatic car wash....I assume the vehicle is pulled by a front wheel through the building?.....if so I would think it would be better to have the trans in Neutral.

Putting trans in Park means the drive train was pinned so if the vehicle is pulled then it was actually dragged for a short distance.
Could be the front wheel bearing has been damaged.....could be many things.

If you can, jack-up the front and remove tires/wheels, spin each front hub by hand and listen/feel for noise/resistance.

Good luck.

The automatic car wash hooked up to one of the back tires as well. I know that for sure. I think it hooked up to both of them. Any other ideas on what could be wrong before I check the tires?

Turns out the car wash caused the exhaust to get loose. I was worried it might of been something major like the transmission or the frame.

Good to hear it was something simple and not major.

I work at a car dealership and we have named our car wash the slap n scratch but it's best known as the shredder. I'm amazed at the damage a car wash can do to a car that isn't 100% together.
