i noticed when i'm trying to drive my 95 (vortec) blazer a little bit harder , not full thottle , and i come to a stop , it shakes , idle drops , and wants to shut off .
plugs and wires are replaced, sefoamed it , I stuck a cone filter where the air box was, replaced my alternator few weeks back ..
anyone familiar with this?

You could have a problem with the IAC valve (sticking and/or slow response) which could affect return to idle.
It could also be a leaking EGR valve.
Both can be removed and cleaned with little to no expense. You will need a new filter for the EGR valve.

i fixed the problem , it was the EGR , it was sticky at first , i took it out and cleaned it along with the IACV , thought it fixed the problem , no way , 5 days ago it was shaking so hard it , it threw a CEL , went and got it read , it showed EGR pintle ,
okay no prob went and bought a new one and wanted to put it in today ,
the old one had 2 big chunks of carbon one blocking the pintle so it couldnt close ,the other chunk was in the other opening , so i started the car without the egr valve and another big carbon chunk flew out, problem solved finally , I can return the new Egr valve, i couldn't find a screened gasket though ill have to wait and see if there are more chunks going to block it
