Ok, well the ball joints are now going on my blazer. I need some advice on the best bang for the buck ball joints. Also, what tools will I need to do the job?

Default RE: Ball Joints

We've covered this quite a few times in the past, but to the best of my memory, I do not think that anyone has done a how-to. If they've never been changed out before, you'll need either an air chisel or a good set of drill bits to take out the rivets holding in the stockers.

Anyway, the favorite as far as favorite ball joints go is MOOG, but they are $$$.

Actually someone has done a how-to, though it was only posted in suspension tech. At any rate DCFlux has a pretty good step by step with a good list of tools and whatnot. See this link Click_Here
