i have the bastard 95 swapped with a 98 4.3.. kept the 95 700r4 and changed everything else but the computer seems to be lagging (reacting slow).. i did not change out any other wiring inside the truck but changed out the engine wiring and the ecu... anyone have any ideas?? my guess is it acts like there is a short on the can bus wire, or the ecm/bcm communication wire :icon_sh rug:

i forgot to add the truck is the bastard 95 with the first vortec and i swapped the motor and engine wiring harness with the 98 ecm.. and i own the 98 too and it ran excellent in the 98 ... could the bcm in the 95 or the wiring be causing problems??

 

i think i might have figured out this one.... all to do with the 700r4... which deep 6'ed .. just gotta do the swap now.. well find the time anyway
