Default Blazer 2000 starting "problem"

Hello, I have newly bought a 2000 blazer with a weird too me problem. I'm not well known with these cars si I'll ask here;
When I go to turn on the vehicle, crank the engine, the car will only start if the central unlock has been pressed twice. And if I stop the engine and try too restart it, I have too unlock it twice again?
Anybody know if this is a "common" thing with a easy fix?

I suspect there may be aftermarket equipment installed on the vehicle. Is the remote a factory GM remote? If you look under the dash, do you see a lot of wiring and/or modules just hanging out or tied up against the factory wiring loom?

I will check it out once I'm in the garage again!

Its been a while and I've checked around but can't seem too find anything hanging under the dash. There is a aftermarket chineseum radio, so I wonder if something is hooked up wrong there.
It seems like it is the original remote

If it is easy to do, I'd disconnect the power to the radio and see what happens. You'll either find that the non-stock radio wiring is to blame or not. It has been many decades since a person could tap into any hot 12V wire to power a radio in a car.

I've tried unplugging the radio but it didn't work, doesn't seem like it taped into a 12v hoy anywhere either. I also can't program a new key fob to the car, guessing it is related.
