Id reconsider the alternator you keep putting in...clearly not the best quality part.

What has made you think that the alternator needs replacing? Have you had the battery/charging system checked on the appropriate testing equipment?

Well it is possible the alternators you are getting are really low quality. It is also possible you have a high load somewhere in the electrical system. Possibly something is failing like an amp or some other addons.

Like swartlkksaid. Have you had it tested at a service center. I bet you have a bad engine ground, bad terminal, or a coroded battery cable myself. These drive up (Idon`t likeAutozone, they seriously try to do too much)quick test things are no good with a vehicle that has more than 75,000 miles on it. There are just too many possible reason your batteryor alternator fry like that with more than 75,000 miles on the clock.

Engine ground - There is usually one off the back of the engine. Flat braided copper non sleeved wire and it goes to the Fire wall.

Battery cables run from the Battery to the starter, thus completing the charging circuit, and the negative goes to the frame... Look for crusty white, lime or mint green colored powder residue, corrosion.
* My Friend, Sam, forgot to hook his ground cable up on his 68 firebird and the charging system used the shifter cable for a ground - it then wouldn't shift out of drive! We were in high school at the time.
I would replace both of the cables, could be the best $30 you've spent - especially running asystem!
The thing to also rember when you're dealing with Wire and currentis that the current travels on the surface of the wire. So, if it's powdery and corroded then you're not getting full current through and it will put additional strain on you system.

Not saying yours looks like that but, I just wanted to show an extreme example. I don't wee how that junk could run...
