Default blazer from hell need help

so i have an 01 zr2 from hell, ill start from the beggining
has 138k
random misfire: what i have replaced-
plugs
wires
cap
rotor
coil
spider injection
fuel reg
still misfires like a bas****
the only thing i can think of from his is the distrbutor any suggestions???????

tranny- yesterday i was driving and it quit shifting automatically
could manually shift the gears and it was fine except reverse i would slip in. i get to my destination then 7 hours later i leave and it shifted fine again except i would slip under medium to hard acceleration. today i use the truck again and its slipping again under hard accel went down the highway fine, i get off the ramp to the top and it bogs and stalls, put it in park starts fine throw it in drive stalls again felt as if the torque converter wasnt disengaging did this 4-5 times. i rev up to 2 grand and hold while throwing it in drive and i took off ( zr2 wasnt happy about this) go to drive home after work and drives but slips gears under hard accel. i dont even know where to begin. tranny was rebuilt 4 years ago and has only been driven 8k miles since then (sat 3 years in a climate controlled garage) please throw your $.02 in

Has it had major engine work done? Or has the distributor maybe been turned for any reason? Almost sounds like a timing problem to me.
as for the trans, i agree with warthog, checkthe fluid level. Right now the seal on my transfer case is bad and all my trans fluid leaks into there, maybe you have something similar?

What brand ignition products did you use? These trucks prefer acdelco ignition products..

You can use NGK for plugs also.
IF its a random misfire you should be getting a p3000 code
This might lead you somewhere. P030x - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
