i have noticed that when im driving it feels like my blazer is leaning to one side, also when drivin over humps or bumps something in the front left of the wheel sounds like a popping sound and i can feel it threw the steering wheel and the truck doesnt bounce straight up and down but almost like up and around in a circle. I have measured the clearance between the tires and the truck around at all 4 wheels and it is leaning to the left atleast 1/2'' idk why?

Could be the body or it could be the suspension causing the lean. Start by checking chassis ride height.
Front chassis ride height is the vertical distance between the lower-most inboard point of the steering knuckle, nearest the ball joint, to the centerline of the lower control arm pivot bolt. Ride height is checked and adjusted when the vehicle is on a level surface.
Factory specifications are as follows:
1996 & newer:
4WD (except ZR2) = 4.6” to 5.0” (desired spec is 4.8”)
4WD ZR2 = 4.6” to 5.2” (desired spec is 4.9”)
