Blazer misfire help
while you where doing the wires you should had done the rotor also (part number D236 MFG BWD select) Lifetime warranty
and while you have the cap off (rare they go bad but they do get mucked up from long term use) replace that also.
If the wire was replaced w/ plug too for cyclender #4, remove the neg. cable for 10 min or so to clear the code. Then drive it and see if it returns again. If it does then you might have an issue with your spark control modular or an issue with #4 cyclender. But do the cap and rotor first as you might just have a bad connection there that is failing to deliver the spark correctly.
