Ok, so first off. When the car is cold it will fire right up! But the next cranks it will not start up unless I floor the gas?? I cleaned the throttle body, I tried a new idle air sensor, and i've tried a new fuel filter, I have tried sea foaming it. Nothing seems to work and I dont wanna keep spending money on stuff that dosent need fixing... Also I have liquid and white smoke coming out my tailpipe when I fire it up and give it gas. not sure if thats part of the problem or not. Also several times i went offroad and water was sucked into my engine maybe that messed it up idk... Thanks for reading! ~ Also!! sometimes it may start up warm but it will be idleing at 300rpm! very low until givin gas and it will go to the regular 1k idle,
~ And the first time i switch from park to any gear from that bad crank it will bog down! and sometimes cut off! thx!

IME (In My Experience) white smoke = antifreeze burning.
1000 rpm at idle is for a cold engine, not a warm, that should be 550rpm +-.
Really sounds like a manifold leak allowing antifreeze into the cylinders. I had that with a '95 Toyota 4x4... ran great 'till I started it after normal running temp for awhile & fogged the neighborhood for mosquitoes lol.

Could be the lower intake manifold gasket or a head gasket leaking.
Have you checked the plugs? What color are they?
The liquid from the exhaust is more than likely normal. You'll notice all cars dripping water from the tailpipe, in fact they have drain holes on the underside of the pipe usually.
