Default Blazer starts and stalls

Hi there! I hope someone can help me... My blazer will start fine but stalls after a few minutes. It happens in drive or just idling. I've replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. When I replaced the distributor and rotor it drove great for 4 days. Now, it's stalling out again. I have the plugs, wires and ignition coil coming tomorrow. Any ideas or input would be much appreciated!

When it stalls does it start right back up or go into a crank no start situation?

MAF won't keep it from starting but it will run like poo without it. Try testing the fuel pressure.

Good, it won't start. Intermittent problems are a lot harder.

Its air, fuel or spark. Depending on what equipment you have either check for spark at one of the plugs or check fuel pressure per the sticky. Do you have any codes?

It starts now and runs. I had the Distributor and rotor replaced last weekend. It ran fine until it rained. Obviously moisture is causing it now; it never did this before. Could it be a cheap cap& rotor causing it? Or should I look at plug wires??? Thank you!!!

These engines do better with AC Delco ignition components.

Be ready so that the next time it won't start you are set up to test for spark at the plugs (most likely the problem) or fuel pump pressure. In the meantime you can mist around all the ignition components with a water spray bottle in the dark while its running and see if there is any arcing. Also look for moisture inside the distr and cap.
